I gave it a try and with a little bit of tweak, it worked fine. I was able to add a JotForm form to a Posterous post. You need to use the IFrame though. The JavaScript version does not work.

To get the Iframe code, on the JotForm Form Builder:
    1. Open "Setup & Share" tab on toolbar,
    2. Click on "Share Form"
    3. Click on "Advanced Options"
    4. Click on "IFrame Code".

Then click on "HTML" button on Posterous and paste the form iframe code in it.

It removes the height element from the code the first time. So, you will need to edit the post again and add height="500" or whatever the size of your form is manually.
