How do I make my form mobile responsive?

    I have various problems when viewing my form on different screens:

    - Some of the text spills over the edge

    - The header spills over

    - The footer is tiny

    I've already have th seating oon responsive but still have the issues I've described

    There was a lot of CSS injection which was causing the problems with the responsiveness, so I decided to remove it, and start customizing the line spacing and vertical padding of the form with the form Designer feature:

    Then I change the property of the width of your headers and footers to 100% instead of 700px:

    What I did also was to disable the responsive options at the settings, and Designer feature, and simply use the Mobile Responsive widget, and this is how it looks now:
