Why am I being double charged?

    I am having some issues with billing on my account. I am being charged $9.95 every month from JotForm and then another $9.95 per month from BlueSnap. This began occurring after I updated my credit card information. Please correct the issue and make any adjustments to my account for overpayments. Thank you!

    Hello powerbaseball,

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    It seems you have two active subscriptions and that is the reason why you are being billed twice:

    #28117710 - Billed on 21st of every month.

    #INT140911-5818-71427S - Billed on 11th of every month.

    It seems on September 12, 2014 you tried to update your credit card number but it created a new order. I have gone ahead and cancelled the subscription #28117710 and you will not be billed again. I have also processed the refund for last 4 months as well. For the remaining 5 month, I have applied the credit to your account. You will only be charged next on November 11, 2015.
