Have a "Last edited" column in the submissions page to know the date when was the last edit made on the submission

It would be nice to have a field in the result grid to display the last edit date/time to manage more efficiently answers edited after submission.

If I understand your concern correctly, you want to add an Edit date column in your matrix grid with a Date Time field? If so, unfortunately, this is not possible using matrix grid. You can just add another column with Text Box field in matrix grid (same field with other column). However, you can try using Configurable List. To know how to set up Configurable List, you can check the instructions provided in this article.

No it's not what I want. I want the result grid to display the last edit date for any submission. It will allow me to track when a submission is edited post-submission. Currently there is only the Submission date and it is not updated when the answer is updated.

As per further checking, this is currently not available in JotForm. There is no way to add a date field and update it automatically (set to current time) when someone edits your form. I can raise a ticket for you if you would like this feature to be added in JotForm. Please confirm. However, I cannot guarantee that this feature will be added. It will depend on the findings of our development team. For the meantime, as a workaround, you can add a Date Time field in your form and asks your user to manually update the Date Time field so you can track the last edit date of the submission.

I'll forward this to our developers as a feature request. But, please do take note that we're unable to provide an expected date to when this will be implemented. 

We will update you through this thread when we hear any news. For the meantime, you might need to manually create a field where the dates for edits will be added manually.
