Lost images in pdf submission reports

up until last week we would have the odd image go missing in the pdf reports created from our clerk submissions but now it seems that heh pdf creator is neglecting to display many of the images

this apples to uploads dated last week.

i have done another test upload today and we are still getting the same issues

I just Get the PDF file of one of your submissions, and it shows the images:

Can you please try the following:

1) Clear forms cache.

2) Log out of your account.

3) Clear your browser's cache.

4) Log back in.

Also, try in a different browser, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox. Let us know what happens, we will be glad to assist you.

I have now cleared the cache bdavid

we will upload another report today and see if any better
