Is it possible to add 44 options in radio button and specific calculation value for each?

    I'll have about 44 questions listed in my form, and I'd like to give each choice listed in each radio button field a different value, and then get the totals.

    A screen shot of the radio button insert is attached.

    Please let me know if this is possible. Thanks!

    Yes, that is possible and furthermore based on the screenshot you are in the right place to do so. The only thing that you must follow is to add the options one under another (separated by enter / new line) and do the same with the calculation values.

    So for example:


    would have their calculation values like so:

    You should simply add the radio field into the Form Calculation widget and it will show you the value.

    For example, this form will show you how it would look:

    Of course, I have used a basic structure to showcase this, you can have any value for any option.
