Is there a way I can post a title that will automatically go to the FB page.. something like ... "Social Issue Focus Group, Make $100." Also can a custom picture be inserted?

I am not quite sure if I understand what you mean Kathy?
Are you referring to the image as a link that once clicked would take people visiting your form to some Facebook page?
If so, you could simply use the Image field from our Quick Tools
It will allow you to add the link to where you want to take your form visitors to if they click on it. You can add it over Image Link option in the toolbar:

What I am referring to... when respondents click on the social media sharing widgets example Facebook. It will take them to their Facebook page where they can share with their friends. Is there a way to add an explanation for the link...something like..."Social Issues Focus Group Invite, Make $100." and also add an Image for example a logo. I know that the respondent types in... something for their friends to explain what they are sharing, but they might not have the time or want to.

OK, in that case I would recommend our Social Share widget. It will allow you to do just that - type the title and add the image to be shared when they post something.
You can do that through the widgets wizard (a small wand like icon in the top right corner of the widget when selected).
I believe that Facebook does not allow us to add any text to just be posted that they must type it on their own, but I am not 100% with that.
You can see how to add the widget to your jotform here: How to Add a Widget to your Form
Do let us know if that would work for you.
