    Hi,

I visited your page and I'm sure Wisbox related scripts are being called.

There should be no issue using it in WordPress as long as you're able to add some JavaScript. WordPress's text widget is one way to add some JavaScript code in pages.

Here is a screenshot in my end.

The 'Send Feedback' button at the bottom right is generated from Wishbox. I tried it and for some reason, it does not capture the logo(which utilizes html canvas) in that page.

I will raise this to our developers so we can sort out the issue. It's possible that it's not able to capture canvas elements yet.

We shall give you response in this thread too.

    Thank you for using JotForm.

This is working just fine now.. just had to understand how the JS integrates with WP..   excellent idea.. highly useful

The actual drawing/annotation tools are a bit funky and non-elegant .. but I"m sure they will get refined over time.

Thanks for a great new tool..   SK

    Hi,

Thank you for the compliments and for testing Wishbox.

Over time, Wishbox aspects should improve. Once development team is able to allocate more time, appearance will improve just like what happened when JotForm v2 was transitioned to the current version.

    Have a great day.

I am glad it is working now. Can you share with us how you get it to work on Wordpress?

Our developers are busy refining Wishbox. I think you will like the new version we will release on Friday or early next week.

"The actual drawing/annotation tools are a bit funky and non-elegant .. but I"m sure they will get refined over time."

Can you provide more details? Exactly which tools are funky and non-elegant? What would your suggestions be?

Here is a preview from the new version our developers are working on.

    1. Form and the screenshot editor on the same screen. You only need to submit it once.

    2. There is a title bar on the lightbox. You can edit the text on it.

Let me know what do you think about the new setup.

    re: Funky tools

I had trouble using the tools at first because there is no use of the mouse
pointer or tool-tips to instruct users..

Ideally when you select a tool , the pointer should give feedback on your choice and
a little info box should tell you to click-and-drag ( draw) or click-and-type ( text)

Seems like it would be obvious but as designers of high-touch UI features, you know
as well as I do how hard it is for mainstream users to grasp new stuff.. the user's I support
are mostly overwhlemed by "simple, elegant" 2.0 interfaces they have to master to get
    thier work done  :)

    re:  Wordpress integration

The use of a text widget works well when the sidebar is part of the page / post layout. The title for the text box should be kept blank or it will show up on the page.  In cases where WP pages / posts don't have sidebar... the text widget can be deployed in footer or other layout area.. in other cases, Wishbox code can go in WP Header template as inline script or include reference.

     Best, Steve

PS.. I tweaked the buttonAlign rule to center the Wishbox button, cause
it seems to get lost in corner of screen on larger displays..

Also:  A tiny nit pick but that's UX.. on wide screens the Cancel button gets lost on the side.. woulld be nice to have the option to center / position it in the js option hash..

Also:   There does not seem to be a link back to JotForm Submissions area in the alert email that gets sent when Wishbox feedback is submitted by user ?

This information is not WordPress-optimized. It is best to load JavaScript via NoConflict Mode, which WP does automatically if you do it properly. Proper way is here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script
