PDF forms imported from Adobe can not be edited

    Hi Jotform support

I've migrated PDF forms and data from Adobe Forms Central.  I would like to be able to get notifications when a PDF form is submitted (and also send to the person who completed the form).

As these forms are imported ones, I am unable to edit them.  Are you able to clone the two forms that have 2014 in the title, so I can edit these to set-up notifications?

We wish to continue to provide PDFs to be completed in Adobe Reader rather than use web forms.

    Kind regards

    Jane

It also appears that the forms aren't working properly anyway - with multiple blank submissions and reports that forms have been submitted and not received.

Unfortunately imported PDF forms can not be edited inside of JotForm builder.

Option is to create an online version of your PDF form (manually) and then use the fillable PDF generator to create the updated PDF file.

Also you might consider cloning your PDF form:

Then, you will be able to manage cloned version of the form as a standard web form. And then you can create Fillable PDF form form your cloned form.

You will also be able to set Email Notification and Autoresponder inside of your form.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
