How can I downgrade?

    In Account settings, when I click cancel I am redirectred to PayPal. Then I receive the follwoing message:

     

    The unsubscribe button you clicked through is invalid. You can find the status of all subscriptions in your transaction history.

     

    Please advise.

    Hi Joshua,

    We usually advise below when cancelling subscription made through PayPal:

    1. Log into your PayPal account

    2. Find the latest payment you made to us

    3. Click on your subscription number

    4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.

    If this does not work, it's possible that PayPal has changed their process. Can you check if this will help: https://www.paypal.com/helpcenter/main.jsp?cmd=_help&solutionId=27715&t=solutionTab

    Basically, we do not have access on this and has to be done on your end.

    When you cancel your subscription you will not be changed again. But your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires.
