Hi,
I know how to write a contract and created it. However, I'd like to e-mail PDF document filled with form inputs. I know that there was Fudok to do this work but it's not available anymore here.
Is there any other way to create PDF document?

Hello,
There are many ways to that.
1. You can download your submissions PDF and attached it on your email. Here's how to download the PDF Submissions in your form submissions page. https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-to-Excel-CSV-PDF
2. You can have your PDF Submissions attached on email notification. This is pretty much easier since you only have to forward the notification to the email address you want with the attached PDF after you received it from Jotform.
Here's how:
Click Emails > Open existing Notification > Go to Reply-to and Recipient Settings > Check Attach PDF like the following screenshot.
3. Include the downloadable PDF Submission on your email notification.
--------------
By the way, in case you mean create a fillable PDF form, that's possible. Check this page to learn how: https://www.jotform.com/fillable-pdf-form-creator/
Let us know if you need further help.

It is not what I'm looking for.
I dont want just submissions PDF. I want to make PDF document/contract what include form inputs. Like Licence Agreement. I can't change submission PDF. Thats why I'm looking some app like Fudok but unfortunately it's not available anymore.
So basically there is no any way to do it right now?

@wotw
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible with Jotform. However, there will be upcoming feature which will hopefully be released soon (no definite date) that will allow you to edit the PDF submission and format it according to your preference. I will escalate this thread as a feature request so you will receive updates once the mentioned feature will be rolled out.
Thanks!

I am looking for similar function. I want to send a customized pdf (with some figures and selected field in the form) with the auto-responder.
So it's not possible so far?

Good news! We have just released our PDF editor. Please take a look and let us know your thoughts so that we make it better.
Check out the editor via submissions page -> Get PDF -> Customize PDF after clicking Get PDF.
Kind regards,
Alp

Hi JotForm Team
I think it's a good start.
I have worked with this editor a bit and I see some problems. First of all it's difficult to integrate merge (form fields) to the text. I want to merge name and address with text but I can only drag&drop form fields. It should be easier like in the email where I have to just add ''{fullName}'' and it will merge automatically. Also there is a problem with alignment in the editor. If I write the text there then the text in PDF is not properly alignment. Half of the text is missing.
Also there should be opportunity to attached customized PDF with email. Like in the notifier. It should work in auto responder too. Right now I can only add PDF link to the auto respond email.Thank you for working on this customized PDF. I think it will be amazing soon.
Best regards,
Rauno -

I have one note more.
There should be a opportunity to save customized PDF design what I have created. So I don't have to create again the same design in the other form. I tried to clone the form but it didn't worked. The customized PDF design had default settings/design again.
It would save a lot of time if I can can choose already saved customized PDF design/template.
Best regards,
Rauno -

Thanks for your suggestion Rauno. They are noted and forwarded to our developers for a consideration. As you may know, the PDF editor was released few days ago so I'm sure it will eventually become more robust with all the users help. Thank you!
