    Hia,

    Is there a way, or are you able to adapt the Feedbacl feature and Wishbox so that it can be used on Google Sites?

    If I try and insert the code, I get the following message:

    HTML content will be modified

    WARNING: Your HTML contains some tags that are not permitted. These have been removed from your changes.

    Many thanks.

    Google doesnt allow developers on GoogleSites to use certain HTML tags, these include javascript <script> tags,  Javascript is needed to get JotForm code to work.

    However, you can actually add javascript to Google Sites via custom made gadgets which is a straightforward enough process.

    The problem is Google runs the gadgets/scripts in sandboxed windows.

    If you put all your page content into a new google gadget, along with the Feedback/Wishbox code, then add the gadget to your Google Site, you may well be able to create a workable solution.

    Here is an example Google Site, with a JotForm Feedback button added.

    This is my Google Gadget xml -> http://hosting.gmodules.com/ig/gadgets/file/113061485722644906285/Feedback.xml

    Google Gadgets Editor is here -> http://code.google.com/apis/gadgets/docs/legacy/gs.html#GGE

    We may be able to provide workarounds to get at least some Wishbox functionality into your Google Site, but hopefully my example gives you some kind of understanding of the limitations, you (and us) are working under getting our code to work on a Google Site.

    Dear Jot Form,
    Many thanks for your reply.
    If you are able to develop a workable solution, it would be a god send for all of us who are not technically minded, but still want to create a website - hence the attraction of Google Sites.

    Dear Jot Form Team,
    Firstly let me say how much I appreciate being able to 'talk' to a real person specifically about my individual queries and the quick response of your team (unlike a very major global provider of internet services!).
    I hope you aim to keep this.
    Please find below two URL's of two of my Sites:

    Many thanks for looking into this.

    Hi Sean,

    Can you please try this feedback code:

    <script src="//www.jotform.com/min/g=feedback" type="text/javascript">

    new JotformFeedback({

    formId: "FORM_ID",

    buttonText: "BUTTON TEXT",

    base: "http://www.jotform.com/",

    background:'#F59202',

    fontColor:'#FFFFFF',

    buttonSide: "right",

    buttonAlign: "center",

    type:false,

    width: 700,height: 500});

    </script>

    Please do not forget to change "FORM_ID" with your feeback form id and "BUTTON TEXT" with the text you want.

    Let us know if this helps or not, so that we can further assist you. Thanks.
