If I understood you correctly, you would like to create a software that would allow you to quickly create the PDF form?

Please do note that we can not assist you with a creation of such software, but you could use software such as Adobe Acrobat (paid) to create PDF forms.

This will give you the option to create various fields on your form, but please note that you will not be able to collect information on our servers.

If you want to collect the info online, you can simply create a fillable PDF of your form by following the steps here: JotForm Announces New Fillable PDF Form Creator.

I would still suggest using the webforms instead of PDF forms since the online / web form can be submitted over any device with the connection to the internet, while the PDF requires specific software to be running on the system to be able to do so.

Sorry....not create software.  Create offline PDF document like Adobe Live Cycle or Adobe Form Central which were stand alone app to create PDF documents with fields, buttons, etc, etc.

It is my assumption that as of today Form Central is now part of JotForm.  If that is the case, how can I create stand alone PDF document without utilizing the forms I have created in Jotform to generate PDF document?

My purpose of PDF forms/document is so that users can just fill the standalone PDF document, print it, and bring it in.  Certain things can be achieved by standalone PDF which in my case will be beneficial.

    Any suggestions?

OK, I understand what you mean. The JotForm Form Builder is actually created to make web forms. We do have the option to export to PDF that was recently developed, but it will not create the PDF form that looks just like the web form.

It is my assumption that as of today Form Central is now part of JotForm.

This would depend on how you look at it, but we are in no way connected to Adobe. JotForm is a form building service on its own not depending on the Adobe FormsCentral or having any agreements with the same so our features might be similar, but are not the same as what was offered by Adobe on Adobe FormsCentral.

What I would suggest is to:

    1. Use our Fillable PDF creator: The Fillable PDF Form Creator
    2. Create the PDF of the form, while you have it opened directly

     - This can be done in Chrome, by saving it as PDF, or in FireFox by saving it as PDF through one of many addons that would do that for you.

There is also an option to print your pages from your browser to the PDF files - depending on your system and the software running on it.

Do let us know if any of the above would work for you.

I do have FoxIt and Nitro but obviously they are not very user friendly as Adobe Form Central
