I have tried to cancel the subscription online but there was an error and the system has directed me here. Please note this is my third attempt to cancel this subscription and your system is making it very difficult for me to do this. I appreciate you prompt assistance resolving this matter. Thank you.

I see that your JotForm account subscription is already cancelled and scheduled to downgrade by 24th July 2015. Please be noted that your account shall be holding Premium status till your next billing date and then shall be downgraded to Free. I see that the subscription is renewed yesterday. Please let us know if you do not want to continue with Premium subscription so that we can downgrade the account for you and refund the recent charge.
