    We seem to know you

    I see the point in the we seem to know you feature on the Forum, but i have a problem.

    I logout and i go the answer a question click submit

    The button now says please wait.. and then the dreaded We seem to know you pops out.

    It is a hard decision to login now or later. If i login now i will be logged in but the box won't close

    and if i close it with the X the Please Wait.... will keep me waiting forever. Or i could click login later

    and watch the box close and the Please Wait.... stay.

    So i resort to loging in then copying my answer reloading and cntrl-v it in.

    This is an error accross all major browser listed below.

    I have experienced over a long time span and in browsers that are set to clear the cache on close.

    Browsers Used:

    Chrome

    Firefox

    Safari (desktop,mobile)

    Opera

    Here's a workaround to your problem:

    Go to My Forms then log in with your account username and password. Proceed to the Support Forum then you will be able to answer or post without getting any message box.

    I know but i get emailed on my ios device

    about comments so i click the link. 

    It is hard to login from a phone. 

    The forum is mobile but the myforms is not.

    The popup is also hard to view on a mobile.

    Wird thing about your mobile site is it fits and then it sitcks off the side after the load is complete.

    The My Forms page is not optimized for use on a mobile device. However, logging in once on that page should make things a lot easier. Once you're logged in you will no longer get asked to log in on the forum page you're posting on.

    mabye

    /login would be better for phones.

    You could probably optimize it to fit smaller screens.

    I can use this page without any optimization.

    The we seem to know you is problimatic and annoying

    When you claer you cache often.
