Why can't I get a PDF copy of my form. I keep getting a 403 error message

    Hi,

    To confirm, you are creating a fillable PDF of your form? If that's the case, it seems like you are getting that error message because your session timed out or you were logged out unexpectedly.

    You need to log in back, make sure you are logged in and click the "Create PDF form".

    1. Navigate to www.jotform.com 

    2. Navigate to "My Forms", choose a form and click "Create PDF Form".

    I've checked your account and the form, and I was able to download the PDF form of it.
