Hi guys
Just wondered if you can help.
For some reason in the last few weeks all the booking coming from your email no-reply@jotform.com are now going to our junk folder even though we have you in our contacts, safe list, we don't have you on our blocked list. We suspect that it's our sever preventing this as as soon as it does a scan, the emails from no-reply@jotform.com which I have filed in our safe folders, are automatically moved back to junk.
I wondered if somebody has reported no-reply@jotform.com as junk/spam to the spam authority which I cant remember the name and that's why your email are 'spamed/junked' by our server?
Have other customer had similar problems?
Many thanks
Amparo

Hello Amparo,
I believe it is most likely your email server which is filtering the emails as spam. No other user have reported such issue yet.
I would suggest you to set "noreply@formresponse.com" as your form's sender email and see if that solves your problem.
Alternatively, you can also use your own email address to send submission emails. You will have to actually configure a custom sender email in your account. The following guides should help you:

Hope this helps.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.
Thank you!
