I have already asked this question and got a quick response ... THANKS! What I wasn't clear about is that we both need to be able to access the form ... I will be making any changes to the form that we need in the future; she will be the one sending it out to our volunteers once a month, receiving their replies and using the data. So I will continue with maintenance; she is more the 'user'.
So ... she needs access to send it out; I need to be able to make changes and then send her the updated form. Sorry for not being clearer in my first email.

You need to add your colleague as a sub-user account. Here's how you can do it:
Let us know if you have any further questions about this matter.

Help! It's not working. I added my colleague as a sub-user as per your suggestion. Her email is firstname.lastname@example.org. Her username is ospndonna. She sent out this month's request to our volunteers using the link to the OSPN Jotform. I am getting responses but she didn't get any. What are we doing wrong? Thanks.

The issue is not related to the sub-account user settings. I moved it and will answer it here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/602653.
