How to increase the size of the fields on our forms?

some of the fields on our facility use form need to be larger

This would actually depend on the field itself.

Ones might require a bit different code or way of adjusting than the other, so the best way to do this would be to give us the link to the form and let us know which segment of it should be adjusted.
