Sub user account is not able to create PDF of shared form.

    When I try to use the 'create PDF form' function, I get the following message when I try to open the resulting PDF (which is only 12 bytes). What do I need to do to make this work? Thanks!

    I cloned your form to test it and was able to create a PDF from the form without issue.  Are you using the options form the "My Forms" section of your account?

    I received a 280kb file that was the full representation of the form.

    I also made a copy from the actual form in your account and was able to do so from there as well.

    Try a different web browser if you are still unable to create one from the My Forms section of your account.

    If you are unable to create on from any browsers, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.

    I tried using IE, but it didn't work any differently than with Firefox. I also tried creating the form while on a different network. Any other ideas?

    Hello Kevin,

    I did test the issue and I am able to replicate the issue you are having.

    I believe the issue is related to the sub user account. Your account is a sub user account and the form is actually shared with you. There seems to be a glitch when you download PDF of a shared form, it downloads corrupt PDF file. 

    Let me report it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them. For now, you can ask your master user account to download the PDF form. Alternatively we can also download the form and send it to you.
