Forms doesn't forward to email.

    I was receiving emails from Jotform whenever someone filled out a form on my site.  i've verified the link, but the submissions still don't come through to my email and I'm losing clients as a result.  What could be the issue?

    I checked your form and the notification settings appear to be correct.  You address is not on either of our bounce lists so there should be no issue there.  When I checked our logs however, I only see one failed notification and two successful test notifications:

    I just sent a test submission through your form and the notification looks like it went through.  Can you check your inbox to see if you received it?  If you made any changes to your notification recently, it looks to have fixed the issue.
