Thank you for all the details.
I would just like to ask if by some chance you had your File upload field max size set to over 300 MB? I see that it is at 300MB at this time which is the limit for the files to be sent to your DropBox account and if it was higher, it might be the reason why it is not working.
If not, then please do:
1. remove the integration
2. re-create the integrationIf it happens again, do let us know and we would be happy to assist.
