    how do I publish a jotform link so users can fill in their data?

    If you have a website you can embed the form in it by following the steps provided here: https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page or if you want to share the direct URL of your form you can click on the Embed Form button and you'll see the direct link of your form that you can share with your users.
