The jot form I created along and am using along side the paypal is intermittently working.

Once the form is filled out, users should click the submit button where it takes them to paypal for payment. I only want submission in my email where users have paid.

However, I have submissions of the jot form emailed to me where users haven't paid. I filled out the form several times and one time out of 4 the form submitted without taking me to the paypal portal to pay and I had a screen that "thanked me for my submission" I received this in my email, and I didn't pay.

Please help. I the submission to only be emailed if the user has paid. sometime this works, sometimes it doesn't.

Your form appears to be working fine. I have suspicion that it is due to script conflict since the form was embedded using script. May I suggest to re-embed your form using iframe embed code. This prevents script conflict with the form since the form loads in a frame container. http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Hope this helps. If ever this problem reoccurs when you are using iframe, let us know so we can check this in depth.

    Thanks!
