I recently received 2 form submissions, but I can't "See" them when I go to look at them.

Did you use secure forms?
If that was the case, please visit https://secure.jotform.com to access secure form submissions right away.
It takes some time for the secure data to propagate in the regular account access.
Please let us know if you find them in there.
