Resizing image inside of form builder

Looking for a simple way to uniformally make all my picture uploads the same size and shape

Does anyone have any suggestions?

You can resize images uploaded to your form Inside of Form Builder. 

However if you want to resize pictures that are uploaded to your form, unfortunately that is not possible to achieve.
