Hello,
ive worked a lot on a form that is really good when it works... but it doesnt work all the time and is full of bugs that i cant see to do anything about.
Have a look at:
http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42961326434960
Its a festival ticket system which works 99% of the time but sometimes gives out free tickets which ruins the database and means ive got to clear out the errored entries but also doesnt charge the user and so tells them that they are coming for free!! then i have the huge embarrassment of cold contacting them and saying they need to now give me money...
it used to work, now nothing has changed and now it doesnt work anymore.
I think it maybe is because some people are using Firefox?
Also, the Gift Form works most of the time but sometimes (ive only tested this in Chrome) it just wont let you click an option even if its still has "3 left" (for example). that all depends on what order you click on things. Argh! the event is next week and booking closes on Sunday!! HELP!!

Hi,
I checked your form and it appears as though the users should have been given a total when selecting the days desired. When I checked your submission data, they had indeed selected days, which should have each added $10, but the total was not updated.
I was able to reproduce this behavior in your embedded form, but not in the form itself.
Try replacing your current embed code with the iFrame code:
http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
This will insulate your form from anything else running in your page and should allow it to function the same was as it does in the non-embedded version.
If you would like to have us check your page afterwards to ensure things are working properly, let us know when you have made the change and we will be happy to have a look.

awesome that does work, although it makes a really long page, but i guess that cant be avoided with an iframe? thats cool though!
Thanks!!

Glad to hear it! You can actually set the height of the iframe by changing the value of the height attribute in the embed code:
Just adjust that value until the total height of your form is to your liking.
