How can I create a two levels questionnaire using conditions and matrix tool?

I would like to have a survey in which I would like to receive answer for ranking apx. 30 parameters. I would like to have a result of the most important parameters.

I clustered parameters under 5 groups each including average 6 parameters.

I would like to ask people to rank first these 5 groups, to learn which is the most important group. Using conditions (based on their answers, lets say they selected the 3. group as the most important), I would like to ask them to rank 6 parameters under this group. At the end i will learn the most important parameter.

Is there a way to do this?

You can use conditions to hide and show various groups based on conditions, you can use radio-buttons linked to the groups which can then be shown based on the group selected.

Do you already have the form? If so you can provide a link so that i can be able to clone a copy and test out different approaches.
