Download all form uploads at once

    I would like to select all attachments from a form, download and save. And ideally be able to rename automatically each attachment with one or few information entered in the form.

    Is it possible and how can i do it ?

    Unfortunately, we do not provide such option. Although, it should be possible to download the form files using either a workaround with Mozilla DownloadThemAll extension or with a File Downloader ruby script.

    Is it possible to set the form field so that the attachment's name is unique to the person who filled out the form ?

    To be honest with you, I do not understand your question when saying "Is it possible to set the form field".  The attachment's name are unique to the person who submits the form.

    Ok, before we used "Adobe form central" and we can select all attachments of all answers from one form, download all of them and rename each attachment with one or more information in the form completed by the same person. 

    Is it possible to do that with Jotform or have you a solution to achieve the same result ?

    For example, when we received 150 CVs within one or two weeks, it's so more efficient for us to download in a same folder all CVs that would appoint at least the person's name. Like that we can preview each CV easily and quickly.

    Unfortunately, there's no such feature in the form builder to do that thing. You can only download the files with its original name.
