Question, we updated our form with the Spreadsheet widget which works really well now. However, we encountered two problems:
1. Spreadsheet widget doesn't show up on IE. Can that be fixed?
2. When the form is submitted, it still has the original A-D columns instead of the labels we put on there. can that be fixed?
I checked your form in Internet Explorer 10 and the spreadsheet showed without issue:
As for the column headers, they are being changed with CSS but still retain their actual values in the submission data. This, unfortunately, cannot be changed. For something that retains the column headers, you could use the matrix dynamique or configurable list widgets:
