Hello. I would like to change the username for my jotform account.

Sure, we can do it for you. Just please let us know your new desired username. Please give us at least three usernames so just in case.

I have just changed your username to budgetgetaways. But I just found out that you are currently subscribed to our Premium Monthly through Paypal. Unfortunately, there's no way we can change your username there so I have requested the cancellation and refund to your last payment to our billing department.
Please, login to your account using the new username.
Go to our pricing page: http://www.jotform.com/pricing and re-upgrade your account.
You can still choose to pay using Paypal or direct Credit Card. We used Stripe for Credit Card payments.
