    Email Notification not being sent upon Submit

    I created notification and successfully did the test, but when submitting a for I never receive submission?

    After looking in your form email history, I can see that these two submission emails have failed because of custom SMTP settings - something seems to be not quite properly set up for your SMTP settings.

    I have logged into your account, and I have taken a look at your Email Notification. I can see that you have since edited your Sender Email back to noreply@jotform.com, so your future emails should be sent fine from now on.

    I would advise you to please take a look at our guide on How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues. Please let us know if the issue persists even after switching to noreply@jotform.com as sender email address.
