How do I downgrade my account before my next billing date?? I still want the basic free status though, will i lose all of the forms I have created? please let me know asap

You can cancel your subscription by logging in to your PayPal account and cancelling your subscription there. Here are the steps to cancel via PayPal:
1. Log into your PayPal account
2. Find the latest payment you made to us
3. Click on your subscription number
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" button.
When you cancel your subscription you will not be charged again, but your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires. Even when you cancel your subscription, you will not lose any of your forms or your data.
If you have other questions or concerns, please let us know. You can also subscribe again anytime you wish to our paid services again.
