Email notifications: Incorrect field ID/names

    The first form we created works fantastic. Sends the text email fine and our CRM system receives the email and incorporates all information into our ticketing system.

    The rest of the forms send the email but we never receive the answers.


    Here is the artwork upload form:

    Description We want to make sure the leaves/branches in the tree will appear as
    crisp as it is in the PDF and will not fill in. Artwork should be centered and
    as large as possible. I also want to confirm the size of our seal. We ordered 1
    1/8" die for these custom self-adhesive seals but I want to confirm that is the
    same size as the Goldenrod sample we received from order #181781. Please advise.

    Here is one form that was created after this one that people send us their questions and artwork samples for quotations.  The message is complete in the submissions here but the answers dont get submitted via email.

    Original thread title: Some forms not sending answers to form questions

    If I understand you correctly, some answers are not showing up in the email notifications right?

    I cloned your form and found out that the field IDs or field names you've used in the notifications are incorrect. The field names are the one enclosed with brackets {}.

    Click the "Emails" button in the toolbar. The notification settings or wizard will appear. You will see the "Form Fields" at the right side. If you click them, the field name of the certain element will appear in the content.

    The solution is to delete this notification and create a new one OR just edit the existing notification.
