I'm having complaints from people saying that they are getting an "invalid url" message when they try to access the webpages that I'm giving them. When I try it on my laptop, it seems to be working fine. But, when I try it on my phone, and I do believe that they are also trying it on their phones, it is not working and it gives me an invalid url message. Please let me know how I can fix this, I do know the pages are supposed to be mobile-friendly. Thank you.

Did you get the secure link of your form directly in your "Embed Form" options?
It seems like the correct secure link is this one:
You can try that link and see if it works in the mobile. I've tested the link you shared and it does show invalid URL.
Let us know if that works.
