Hi,
I'm checking your form, unfortunately, I'm unable to replicate the problem. May we know what is the file size you are trying to upload?
In the "Allowed Max Size", to have a 2 MB size, you need to input 2048 in the box.
You might also want to check the following guides to help you in your File upload field.

We'll wait for your response.
Thank you.

Hello,
I'm allowing for png, zip, jpg, jpeg. I've tried uploading multiple different file types within this selection.
I've tried uploading files from 72 kb to 1.6 mb and i have a 2mb upload size limit.
Nothing has been working. Single files can be uploaded - using the single file upload field - multiple files have not worked yet.

Hello lreardonghg,
This is strange. I did test your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I am able to upload the file without any problem and it does display in your form's submission page. Please check the screenshot below:
Have you embedded your form in your web page where it is not working? Please share the web page URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.
