Allow users to save the form and continue to fill later

How does an applicant who is in the process of completing his form, and may exit and come back later, find his same form and continue?

I understand that you want to enable your users to complete the half-filled form at a later point of time. This requirement can be achieved by enabling Auto-fill feature.
