    What causes the visual error in the Designer?

    When I click on the designer to customize a form, it shows the same general contact template each time. No matter what type of form it may actually be, it shows up as a contact form with the wrong fields.

    I checked one of your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. See screenshot below.

     

    Can you try clearing your form cache and browser cache and see if it helps? If you are still encountering the issue, can you provide us the browser version and device you are using so we can further check? Please also give us the link or name of the form where you have encountered this issue.

    I have attempted to clear the form cache on two different browsers

    - I.E. 11
    - Firefox

    I encounter this issue when attempting to edit any form. This has been happening for about a month now

    I checked one of your form using Firefox and I was not able to replicate the issue. See screenshot below.

     

    You said you have tried clearing the form cache, have you tried clearing the Firefox and IE 11 browser cache? To clear Firefox browser cache, you can check this article. To clear IE 11 browser cache, you can check this article.

     

    Can you also try in Chrome browser and see if you will also encounter the issue?
