    New feature, Submission Number Limit - Question

    Hallo Jotform Support,

     

    first of all thank you so much for implementing the feature "Submission Number Limit". I tried it, and it works well. Still I have a question.

    Unfortunately the Submission Button will not be disabled in a form, as soon as the maximum Number of submisson has reached the limit.

    Customers are still going to fill out the entire form, press the submit button and only find out right at the very end of the process, that something is wrong with their submission. The note that is displayed at the very end of the submission process is a bit confusing:

    The Limit of Submissions for this form has reached full capacity (customer question: Before or after my submissiom ???)

    My first Question is, can I change the text that is displayed at the very end of the process? Maybe in German. If yes - How?

    My second Question is, if first question is negative, can you change the text to be more CLEAR... also for non english speakers. Maybe in morge languages? I could provide you the german text for it.

    Just for example.

    YOUR SUBMISSION WAS NOT SUCCESSFULL, because the limit of Submissions for this form has reached full capacity. Please contact the Form Admin.

    No, default error page can't be edited or translated at this moment.

    I will submit your suggestion to our higher team. They will take a look into these points and then decide if those are fit for changing. Be aware though that we cannot promise a lead time as to when those changes will be implemented, or if they will be implemented at all.

    Hi Cajonworkshops, actually the warning message is not important because the form is disabled after unsuccessful submission. It means that Only one user can see this warning. Other user see disabled form.
