Form ID did not match error when submitting over a phone

Good morning, 

I created a simple form yesterday, tested it, all went pretty well.

Last night, I grew the form, but still only to about 1/4 of the size I want it to eventually be.

I am testing it this morning, and both times I submitted, there is a fail or an error. The circle on my phone spins and spins and spins and spins and the screen goes white and the form never goes through.

Any ideas?

I actually just did it again and there is an error.

I do not see anything wrong with your form. I have cloned your form and tried submitting it a couple of times, and I didn't experience any such issues.

Can you please try clearing your browser cache, and then try submitting your form again.

Also, do you experience the same issue on another device or another browser?
