I am receiving e-mail notifications when an entry is submitted to "POUCH COVER SHEET - MANUAL ENTRIES" & "POUCH COVER SHEET - USA" forms. I would like to be able to adjust the e-mail notifications for these submissions.
Also -- I imported 4 forms in to our database a few weeks ago -- however, they have not been imported. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

First of all, regarding your imports:
I've checked your account and saw that you have a couple of forms with submissions. Are there missing forms from your import process?
If so, we may ask you to repeat the import process once again and it should import the remaining forms.
Secondly, you can adjust the email notifications by clicking on the email sign on the top of the editor. I've included a screencast that shows you how you can change or stop it.
