I checked your form and I believe you are referring to the field not coming through in your notification. It looks like the field was updated at some point but the ID for the field in the notification was not updated:
The ID on the left is the ID in your notification and the ID on the right is the current ID of that field.
You can add the current ID for your field by clicking on the field name from the "Form Fields" section on the right.
If this still does not allow for the field data to come through correctly, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.
