This used to work fine but for some reason none of the data from the last few months has been added even though it says it is connected?
Can someone please provide some advice?

Try to remove the integration and do it again. It should help you fix it.
And these are the common reasons why the integration will stop working:
a. The integration folder is modified
b. The integration folder is moved to other location
c. The form is modified
