I can see my forms and preview them, however whenever I click on edit form I get the workspace with a blank white screen that never loads.

I have cleared your forms cache, please kindly check it again. Please try to also clear your browsers cache and cookies.

I have cleared cache and cookies and still have the same issue. My question is why was everything working in IE since opening my account and then around 11:30pm last night no editing.
Note: I have since loaded Firefox and it allows me to edit my forms. However that fact that I have to use a specific browser for your product to work is a little disappointing since IE is not like a small unknown product. I just wish I could figure out why I cannot use IE with your product.

The Internet Explorer 7 is about 8 years old, so unfortunately, it does not support a lot of modern web technologies. Although, our online forms should work in IE 7 too.
We would like to suggest updating the Internet Explorer version, or using any other up to date browser to edit your forms.
