I do not unerstand what you mean by "submissions" and how they are counted.  I used the started Free service.

I have a bunch of forms that are OLD on MY FORMS.  Maybe i should delete them, if they count toward my limit

Once a form is completed and it is on my web....it is  a done deal, right?

A submission is the filled data by the user in the web-form. Every time a user fills or leave blank fields in the form, and then submits it, it will count as a submission.

On a free account you can receive up to 100 monthly submission, its a total, it could come from one or from many forms. Example:

    Form A- 50 submission + Form B-25 + Form C- 20 + Form D-5=100 submissions for the month.

Once you reached the limit for the month, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan that best suites your needs, or wait until the first of the following month for the counter to reset.
