Auto Responder not sending emails

    Hi  - this is in relation to this form : http://www.jotform.com//?formID=51824611802954

     

    I'm able to submit entries and the notifier works but the auto responder is not firing off. In addition, when I try to send a test email - Also no email arrives. I've given it a few hours and still I haven't received anything. 

     

    Is there something I need to do.

    Thanks for contacting us.

     

    I checked your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. Can you try creating a new Autoresponder email and see if the new Autoresponder email will work? If the issue still persists, can you also try to clear your form cache and browser cache?
