Preciso dos meus formulários funcionando de volta pois quero lançar meu site que está em atraso apenas por este motivo. De uma hora pra outra ele parou de funcionar.

I have taken a look into your account, and I can see all your forms without any issues.
Please try logging out of your JotForm account, clearing your browser cache, and then logging back into your JotForm account.
