I get an unwanted popup, like a tooltip next to my form...

    Also, is there any way of changing the colour of the text in the form list? Grey hyperlinks are not so pretty.

    These are actually two separate issues and we prefer to deal with one topic per thread.

    Nevertheless, to remove the pop-up, load the form into the form builder and click the payment field and in the toolbar click "Hover Text", remove the text, click OK and save the form:


    As to the other matter, I had a look at the form, both at its own URL and in context on the page at the link you provided. The difference in appearence is probably due to JotForm's CSS being overridden by the your site's stylesheet.

    Try injecting the following CSS and let us know if it helps:

    .form-product-item a:link {
    color:#00E !important;
    }

    .form-product-item a:visited {
    color:#80080 !important;
    }

    .form-product-item a:hover {
    color:#F60 !important;
    }

    .form-product-item a:active {
    color:red !important;
    }

    Of course, you can edit the colors to suit your tastes.
