Can you advise me as to where can I go to see a full list/details of what has caused me to exceed the 10GB ?

    Can you advise me as to where can I go to see a full list/details of what has caused me to exceed the 10GB so I may delete any info that is not required
    to reduce the 10GB & pay for the premium service

    When you login, click on MY FORMS, select your form, and click on Submissions:

    Then you will have to review each submission, and download the file to see it's size:

    In order to free up space, you will need to delete the submission. You might like to set a upload size limit in your form for future uploads, please check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-Upload-Size-Limit

    Yes, now that you have deleted the attachments that caused the account to go overlimit now you can upgrade to Premium.

    Please be aware that a single submission with an attachment of 10 GB can exceed your limit on space. This means you can have 1 or 1000 submissions, but this does not occupy your storage limit which is totally different from the submission limit.
