Hidden fields through conditional logic are not show/printed in the fillable PDF

    I have a form which when i produce a PDF from it then i do not see some of the fields on the form. Is this a bug?

    Looks like the hidden fields through conditional logic settings are not shown in the PDF result. I think something wrong here. I have forwarded this thread to our developers so they can take a look at it further.

    For now, I would suggest disabling the conditional logic first before creating the PDF form.

    I did this to the clone version of your form and it worked. Here's a screenshot after disabling the conditions:
